Hindustan Zinc Unveils a New Campaign#ZincCity: Uniting Udaipur Through a Vibrant Cultural Tapestry

Udaipur : Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Rajasthan, Udaipur, the ‘City of Lakes,’ has captivated the world with its rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking beauty. A new thread is being woven into the tapestry of Udaipur. On its foundation day, Hindustan Zinc, a subsidiary arm of Vedanta and the world’s second-largest producer of Zinc, headquartered in Udaipur, today launched a new campaign called #ZincCity, which will act as a platform to celebrateUdaipur’s cultural spiritthrough Hindustan’s Zinc’s various initiatives focused on communitiesand the environment.

Zinc City aims to bring people from all walks together across India and globallyby curating and supportinga kaleidoscope of events. The company plans to organize events such as Music Festivals, Marathons, and Football Tournaments among others, positioning Udaipur as a prominent destination for celebrating India and its varied culture.

Additionally, Zinc City will also focus on community development initiatives such as Sakhi Utsav, Bird Festival, National Youth Day, and initiatives around encouraging women in mining. From an environmental perspective, Zinc City will focus on initiatives around World Water Day and World Environment Day, reiterating its unwavering commitment towards a sustainable future.
