Udaipur : Bank of Baroda celebrated its 119th Foundation Day on 20 July 2026 under the theme “Leading with Trust.” The celebrations commenced with a Bike Rally across Udaipur city at 7:00 a.m., witnessing enthusiastic participation from the Bank’s staff members. Following the rally, saplings were distributed among the local community as a part of the Bank’s commitment to environmental sustainability. A Health Check-up Camp was also organized for employees and customers to promote health and well-being.
The Foundation Day celebrations concluded with a vibrant Cultural Evening, where staff members enthusiastically participated in cultural activities, reflecting the spirit of togetherness and celebration.
As a prelude to the Foundation Day celebrations, Bank of Baroda organized a Tree Plantation Drive on 19 July 2026 under its newly launched initiative, BOB Forest, at कछुवायी बाग, Nathdwara. A total of 119 saplings were planted to commemorate the Bank’s 119 years of dedicated service.
The event was attended by Mr. Mukesh Anand Mehra, Deputy General Manager & Regional Head; Mr. Alok Kumar Singh, Assistant General Manager & Deputy Regional Head; Mr. Siddharth Kumar, Assistant General Manager & Head – SMELF; Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Assistant General Manager, along with retired employees, serving staff members, and their families.
On the occasion, Mr. Mukesh Anand Mehra, Deputy General Manager & Regional Head, addressed the gathering and shared the Bank’s remarkable growth journey and recent achievements. He highlighted that Bank of Baroda has crossed ₹30 lakh crore in global business, delivered record profits, received several national and international recognitions, and emerged as a leader in digital innovation.
Speaking about the Bank’s future roadmap, he stated that under Vision 2030, Bank of Baroda is committed to embracing advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and customer-centric innovation to deliver world-class banking services. Reiterating the Bank’s guiding philosophy of “ONE Bank, ONE Team, ONE GOAL,” he encouraged all employees to continue working together with dedication and trust to take the Bank to greater heights.
