Special Women’s Academy 2026, held under the theme ‘Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari,’ brought honour and inspiration to women associate buyers and leaders from across the country.
Udaipur : RCM Consumer Products Private Limited’s Special Women’s Academy 2026, held at RCM World, Bhilwara on August 15-16, concluded on a grand note. The two-day event, themed “Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari,” saw participation from women associate buyers and leaders nationwide.
The event honoured women’s achievements while promoting health, leadership, confidence, sportsmanship, and self-reliance. Held to mark Independence Day, celebrations opened with a march-past and flag hoisting, featuring performances by school-going girls and cultural presentations showcasing the country’s diversity. On day one, a felicitation ceremony honoured women achievers, with RCM Founder T.C. Chhabra and Managing Director PriyanckaAgarwaal addressing participants.
Founder T.C. Chhabra said:“Since its earliest days, RCM has prioritized women’s empowerment, giving women opportunities to stand on their own feet and build their identity. This self-reliance goes beyond economic independence; it’s tied to their health, confidence, leadership, and strong participation in family and society. Seeing the achievements of women who’ve come from across the country to Women’s Academy 2026 reaffirms that with the right opportunities, women can take their potential to new heights. We will keep working to ensure every woman gets the chance to move forward, become self-reliant, and bring positive change to her own life and others’.”
Managing Director Priyancka Agarwaal said:“The slogan of Special Women’s Academy 2026, ”Har Naari Samman Ki Adhikari,’ reflects RCM’s respect for and faith in women’s strength. Often, despite having opportunities, women hesitate over their skills or confidence. RCM works to recognize and refine women’s talents, instilling the belief that the strength to move forward, while balancing home and outside responsibilities, exists within every woman. This is not a one- or two-day program but an ongoing journey to reach every woman with the message that RCM is a platform where she can polish her abilities and turn her dreams into reality.”
Day two placed special emphasis on sports activities through the Inter-state Sports League. National and state-level karate and grappling player and black belt Kiran Sharma, along with Rajasthan Kesari wrestling champion Ankita Vaishnav, attended as chief guests and shared their sporting experiences with the women.
The two-day event taught women to prepare protein-rich, nutritious food, grow organic vegetables through home kitchen gardening, and enhance their makeup skills. Women from various states also showcased India’s cultural diversity through traditional dances and a cultural walk.
