Udaipur : Hindustan Zinc,a Vedanta Group company in Zinc, Lead & Silver business, has takena significant leap towards sustainable logistics by signing a contract with Inland EV Green Services Pvt Ltd. The agreement will mark the deployment of 10 Electric Vehicles (EV) Trucks, each boasting a capacity of 55 metric tons. Dedicated to the inter-operations transport of concentrates, these eco-friendly trucks reaffirms Hindustan Zinc’s commitment to green and sustainable practices. The partnership signifies an important shift in the logistics landscape, aligning with global efforts to reduce carbon emissions and promote cleanermodes of transportation.
