Udaipur : BSE listed, Integra Telecommunication & Software Ltd.,(Intelsoft) an IT solutions provider providing a full range of IT services for Indian businesses from desktops, data security and help-desk support, through to servers, backups, network administration,etc. has informed BSE that it is in process of developing an sports Software viz Cricket Fantasy which willbe launched in March 2022.The final decision in this regard will be made at the next board meeting.The beta version would be launched initially.The valuations are expected to be reflected in the first quarter of 2022.The company expects this to be a gamechanger due to high margins in the product.This small cap company would directly compete with Large cos like Nazara whose mkt cap is Rs.8000cr.
Intelsoft also plans to raise Rs. 50 Crore for development and marketing purposes.
Earlier, the company had approved the proposal to receive investment from Foreign Institutional Investor ,(FII) and also upgradation of company’s Product software.
With the above positive developments, shares of Intelsoft seem to be an excellent investment opportunity.
According to a recent survey,the global software product industry is currently valued at $511 billion, of which India’s share is $8.1 billion but the objective is to take India to $80-90 billion by 2025.
The domestic revenue of the IT industry is estimated at US$ 45 billion and export revenue is estimated at US$ 150 billion in FY21. According to Gartner estimates, IT spending in India is estimated to reach US$ 93 billion in 2021 (7.3% YoY growth) and further increase to US$ 98.5 billion in 2022.
